    I tried Gracie Barra looking for a way to get a fun workout and discovered instead a gym of awesome, outgoing, and intelligent group of people looking to collectively better themselves and everyone who trains here. Over the course of the two months I’ve been attending classes so far, I’ve lost weight and gained muscle, mental fortitude, friends, and a ton of confidence, not to mention a good working knowledge of self-defense and sport jiu-jitsu techniques. There’s a class every single night, so working it into my schedule has been fairly simple as well. Needless to say, if you’re considering checking out this gym or others, come on in and say hi; all of us are friendly, non-judgmental, and will help you to be a better person.
