Structured, organized school with family in mind. Professor Mike and the coaches are great with the kids to keep them engaged, disciplined, and active. Adult classes are well balanced between self-defense and competition Jiu Jitsu. Facility is clean with plenty of space to change and store your gear. Additionally, the dojo’s mat is amazing in square footage (easily handling 40+ people in an adult class) and technology (6″ suspension flooring). With each student’s personal goals and safety in mind, I implicitly entrust Professor Mike and his staff to train my family without worry of injury or judgment.
