Gracie Barra Is in my opinion one of the best martial arts schools around. I came here from a life time of bullying in school, and doing jiu-jitsu really turned my life around for the better. The environment in the dojo is something I don’t think anybody can explain, you have to come and experience it yourself. The instructors are very polite, and careful of what they teach their students. I can definitely say that this can change anybody life if you are willing to commit to the training and out in all your effort into doing this. I wouldn’t say thay this is for everybody, but you would have to give it a shot and see the results first handed. i would recommend this to anybody who wants to change their life, grow in fitness, or just to learn the martial arts.
