You can register all the way up until October 1st. If you are new to competing, or just want a fun challenge, CompNet is a great competition to be a part of! Gracie Barra schools throughout the region will be able to sign up for this tournament. Ask your instructors how you can get signed up today!
2. Women’s self defense seminar September 24, 2022 1:00-3:00pm Call to reserve your spot today!
Jiu jitsu is a great tool for self-defense, and it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. The two hour seminar will be a great time to learn a new skill and make new friends while safely practicing practical self-defense techniques! The seminar will be held Saturday, September 24th from 1pm to 3pm at our Chesterfield location for girls ages 12 and up. It is $10 to reserve your spot! There will be a max capacity, so if you are interested, give us a call or send us an email ASAP! We look forward to seeing you on the mats!
3. Black Belt Seminar at Gracie Barra O’Fallon Friday, October 7th at 6:30pm!

Gracie Barra O’Fallon will be having a black belt seminar with Professor Heltinho and Professora Marilia. Professor Heltinho is a 4th degree black belt IBJJF World Champion and Professora Marilia is a 2nd degree black belt IBJJF World Champion. This is a great opportunity to help you and your teammates sharpen your game before our regional CompNet!
